Requests submitted within this scope will be concluded by the Company within thirty days free of charge. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee determined by our Company will be charged.
5. Explicit Consent for the Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), I have been informed about the purpose of processing my personal data by MERTEST, to whom and for what purposes my personal data may be transferred, the method and legal grounds for collecting personal data, and my other rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.
