Laboratory Type Ball and Rod Mill LB 220

Mertest ball mill systems provide micron-level grinding of a wide range of raw materials, from soft substances to extremely hard minerals, using either wet or dry methods. By allowing precise management of critical parameters such as rotation speed and operating time via a touch control panel, they offer high standards of reproducibility in laboratory analyses.

Ball mills, offering high efficiency in mineral processing and laboratory analysis, are advanced technology solutions designed for the micron-level grinding of samples. These systems, providing full compatibility with both wet and dry grinding methods, allow for flexible operation based on the physical characteristics of the material.

A wide range of products, from soft-textured minerals to the hardest rock structures, achieves a homogeneous structure through the ball grinding principle. The adjustable rotation speed of the device ensures that samples of various hardness levels are reduced to the ideal particle size without compromising their structural properties.
