Laboratory Type Roll Crusher LB 250

LB 250 Roll Crushers are secondary type crushers used for crushing hard to medium-hard minerals with a maximum feed size of 10 mm that have already passed through a primary crusher. The crushing process is performed between counter-rotating hardened steel rollers. The finest product is obtained when the distance between the rollers is set to the 'zero' point.

The gap between the rollers can be adjusted to various openings by means of a control lever. The unit is mounted on a table-type steel platform, and the material with reduced grain size is collected in a sliding drawer located at the bottom. The platform is specifically designed to be mounted on laboratory benches.
