LB 200 Ring and Puck Mill

The LB-200 ring mill is a high-performance laboratory mill that reduces ore samples to ultra-fine sizes down to -10 microns. Operating with heat-treated steel rings and a circular vibration principle, the device ensures the homogeneous grinding of even the hardest minerals with minimum noise and vibration, thanks to its monoblock chassis.

LB-200 Ring Mills; It is an ideal type of mill used in mining laboratories for the ultra-fine grinding (e.g., -10 microns) of ore samples. The grinding phase is achieved through intense circular vibration between the rings and the grinding puck.

The ring set and grinding puck, which constitute the Grinding Set, are manufactured by processing high-strength steels through heat treatment and precision grinding stages. High resistance against wear and an increased friction coefficient are ensured through precise surface treatments on the surfaces of the container, ring set, and grinding puck.

The Grinding Unit is mounted on a monoblock chassis. During sessions involving intense vibration, it is ensured that vibration and noise are reduced to minimum levels.
