The outer body of the machine is manufactured from steel construction. The crusher pitman is produced as cast steel. After the welding process, the crusher body undergoes stress relieving and is subsequently machined on our CNC systems. All components forming the crusher have been developed using CAD-based software and are machined on CNC systems. A heavy-duty flywheel-type pulley is utilized in the machine's motor drive.
The jaws are cast from 16-18% Mn * 1.5% Cr alloy and undergo heat treatment, ensuring they are capable of crushing ores in the hard and very hard categories. The cast jaws are replaceable. The machine is mounted on a steel platform. The material passing through the crusher is collected in a wheeled product collection hopper located at the bottom of the platform. Technical documentation and operating instructions are delivered with the product.
