The LB 100 jaw crusher, developed in line with the operational needs of ore preparation laboratories, processes mineral samples up to 100 mm in diameter with high precision. The ergonomic support mechanism located at the front of the device allows the user to easily control the distance between the jaws.
Thanks to this adjustment capability, samples can be obtained in different grain sizes, starting from a minimum range of 0-5 mm up to 0-10, 0-20, or 0-30 mm. This precise sizing ability makes it possible to reach the standard sample quality required in analysis processes.
Design Flexibility and Advanced Engineering Standards
The LB 100 model is presented mounted on a solid steel platform to increase ease of use. The material completed by the crushing process is collected in a sliding drawer positioned at the bottom, minimizing dust emission and preventing sample loss.
It has a wide range of use as a primary crusher in the mining, chemical, fertilizer, and glass industries, as well as in recycling facilities. The platform of the device can be made mobile with wheel assembly upon request; additionally, special manufacturing options in accordance with food industry norms are available.
